Behringer Super-x Pro Cx2310 Service Manual

I bought this as my old crossover had gone 'belly up.' Not having a lot to spend for a crossover, I chose this model as it had the features I needed at an affordable price point. Some of the less expensive crossovers didn't go low enough on their crossover points. The Behringer's crossover points were appropriate for my needs. I had a professional sound engineer, a friend of mine hook it up, set my system's components out put levels and we began bringing up the volume.

The difference in sound quality was amazing. Of course, the old crossover's outputs had weakened so we weren't getting full power to the amps.

This crossover has given new life to my system! Crystal clear sound, low end in the subs like it should be, highs singing. A very nice product for the budget minded musician. Time will tell if it will hold up,however, I feel a little more comfortable now that Behringer is offering a 3-year warranty on their products. I have and am currently using a lot of Behringer products and yes, on occasion I have had two or three failures but all in all, I will keep on using as they do have a great sound that's affordable, so affordable that it warrants the buying even if you do get a bad unit here and there along the line. For the price conscious, it's a great option to have! Crapped out X-over I got this used and the previous owner probably had it about a year.

I've had no problems with my other gear.ever (although my behringer mixer is a little noisy). I got this used and the previous owner probably had it about a year. I've had no problems with my other gear.ever (although my behringer mixer is a little noisy).

I plugged this in and channels would keep cutting out randomly. The mixer that was plugged into this crossover was even loosing signal when it was connected. Then I unplugged the x-over: everything worked perfectly. I tried a few more times and at most it will work for about 5 minutes. It was very spotty and I spent a long time trying to get it working consistently. Behringer tech support was not helpful at all, now I'm out $60.

Has all the features I need, but it won't cut it even for practice. I'm probably going to avoid Behringer in the future. Comments about Behringer SUPER-X PRO CX2310 Crossover: The 'Behringer SUPER-X PRO CX2310' crossover is a good sounding crossover, but I was not happy with it for the following reasons.1) The resolution of the crossover frequency knob was too small at the lower frequencies, making it too difficult to know what exact frequency it was crossing over. (my configuration was stereo full range monitors with a mono subwoofer)2) More importantly, after 14 months of minimal use, the crossover failed completely. After blasting some awful noises through my studio monitors, the crossover does not even power up. Unfortunately there was only a 12 month warranty on this product. Comments about Behringer SUPER-X PRO CX2310 Crossover: I have used this crossover for about 3 years on my PA.

We are in a different city every night. This equipment is ready for road use and I have had no problems with the operation of it. I also use it with a sound company in which I run sound for events and concerts we have never had an issue and always have concert quality sound everytime. The seperate mono sub channel is wonderful.

I personaly would recommend anybody who has a subwoofer in their system to purchase one of these inexpensive speaker savers!!! All of my Rack gear is Behringer except for 2 pieces, a DOD mono channel EQ and an Alesis 3630 Stero Compressor.

We Use a Behringer SL 24/42 FX Pro Mixer as well. Comments about Behringer SUPER-X PRO CX2310 Crossover: Our band has ALL Behringer products for FOH sound. Not one piece of the equipment has failed us in a year, I just purchased this X-over to round out our sound (so we dont have to run bass, kick drum through sub channels) Incredible!!

This thing is almost like having an EQ. We have two B215A's and two B1800x pro's out front, this crossover brought it all alive. Our band will now sound like you turned on a stereo.clean, clear and unbelievable volume.

We were going to get another set of bass bins.but now we do not need to. I will never play without using a crossover again. This one rocks, and what a great price. For the price conscious, it's a great option to have! Comments about Behringer SUPER-X PRO CX2310 Crossover: I have had this thing for over a year, and like any cross over you have to be careful. Just one little twitch of the knob turning too high, and you will blow your speakers. I own many pieces from behringer including studio monitors, boards, di's, and even a few amps and NONE of it has crapped out on me the few years I have had it. Behringer may not be the best, but before you try to 'push' your gear, do your homework on what can happen if you push your stuff too far and maybe these things wont crap out on you so much?! I am a solid Behringer supporter as are many others.

This crossover as worked very well over the time i have had it, no problems. Just normal wear and tear as any other product would recieve. But nothing with the knobs, outputs, anything. And this bad boy is used every other day. Great product for a great price, kudos behringer. Comments about Behringer SUPER-X PRO CX2310 Crossover: This piece of junk gave out on me the day I bought it. I had the sub output going to my jbl 700w sub. So then I play some rap music and bring the levels on the mixer up to see what this sub would really put out.

For about 4 seconds my sub sounded similar to someone pounding on a five gallon bucket so I quickly brought the levels down swiched out the behringer with a dbx crossover and the sub still to my horror sounded like a bucket. I utterly cannot express in words how much I hate behringer.
